In the NFL if the player is down on the court and you come in with helmut leading or with your knee to the back and head of the player you get a late hit penalty or unecessary roughness...

Was anyone else p---ed off that Heinrich bascially kneed Rondo in the back and head, basically trampled him in front of the ref with no call? On a play that really affected the outcome of the game?

I understand loose balls and all. But if you call the two on Baby how can you not call that on Heinrich when he just clobbered Rondo?

i agree Scooby Doo, it was dangerous. i think its some kind of deception to cover up the gold Heinrich recently found on a archaeological dig just outside of Boston. go get the mystery mobile and the gang and we'll get to the bottom of this!

And one of the fouls on Baby was just a collision of two guys coming from opposite directions going for the ball. Horrible call.
Same old crap of "letting them play" in the last couple of minutes, instead of just calling a foul a foul.
And yes, I'm biased, but I'll admit that we may have gotten away with a couple at the end too.

That whole play was a mess.  First of all Rondo looked like he got fouled which is why the play should have been whistled in the first place.  Then Salmons supposedly double dribbled only for the call to be reversed by a ref on the other side of the court. Then there was not ONE REPLAY of that play during the game.  Instead the Bulls inbounded the ball quickly and Rondo fouled Rose.   All the while Jon Barry was saying the Bulls had a great chance to score on the Salmons play which I do not agree with.   Then after the Rondo foul on Rose, Jon Barry says "Well lets take a look at the last play" HOW ABOUT THE PLAY WHERE RONDO WAS FOULED AND SALMONS DOUBLE DRIBBLED? Why didn't we have a look at that play? Instead we get some super slow motion replay of Rondo fouling Rose in which there was nothing to look at anyway it was an obvious foul.   When in the NBA do you see an important late game call reversed without getting a solid look at it on the replay.  Had that play happened to the Cavs or Lakers they would never ever ever get that call reversed on them.  That is why the NBA is a bunch of liars and they obviously cheat for certain teams.  Could you imagine Kobe's or Lebron's reaction to the exact same play if it happened to them like it happened to Rondo? They would get the call immediately no matter what.  They are the only two guys in the league that can run half way accross the court to argue a call that they weren't even involved with and not pick up a technical. That is why the NBA is a joke.  As soon as they said they were going to a replay and they showed the Rondo foul on Rose play instead of the possible Heinrich foul on Rondo and Salmons double dribble play I knew it had happened again.  The NBA is a joke they are a bunch of liars.
