I reply here for lack of a better place.
I think management has shorted this team because they haven't pulled the trigger to sufficiently improve the team.
I admit i never thought we would win last year but one doesn't have to be Dean Smith to figure out we're not tall enuf or deep enough in size. When your stars are in their 30's...one must make room for INJURIES AND THE WEAR AND TEAR OF AGE.
Even discounting KG's, Powe's, Davis's, T Allen's, Rondo's and Scalabrine's injuries,
one might argue that Rondo has improved and we've added Moore and Marbury but..
that does not bring us back to last year's team w Posey and Brown. And the Cavs are vastly improved depth wise and so the Lakers w even a 70% Bynum.
I expect us to fall short this year but hope management will sign some size...Rasheed might help a little....Camby.(Brad Miller) Marion...... Davis and Powe are too small and neither can cover good small forwards. Again, tall help.
The window of future successes is shrinking.
