Into The Mystic, Van Morrison

Screw American Wedding, that was my choice long before that movie came out.
"Let me call him," Floyd said.

The man shook his head. "O.J. doesn't give out his cell," he said. "He'll call you."

Our first dance was to 'You Send Me' by Sam Cooke.

The wedding was in 1989 -- but, I'm not an 80's guy.

TP4U because you don't have to be an 80's guy to love Sam Cooke, one of the greatest ever. I happen to love that song and "Wonderful World", absolutely beautiful lyrics and melodies.

[dang], I'm starting to sound like Paula Abdul!!!

Thanks for the TP and the Sam Cooke praise.  What a smooth voice and a remarkable songwriter.  "Wonderful World" and many other Cooke songs have been covered by many artists -- some very successfully.  A few of my favorite Cooke songs: Bring it on home to me (with Lou Rawls doing the 'Yah' echo);  Only Sixteen; Another Saturday Night.  Great and timeless early 60's music -- great era bridging crooner era with early rock/ R&B.
