Been listening to these guys a lot lately, and I've finally come to a conclusion on how I feel about them.

They are simply one of the best bands ever. Musically and lyrically they are second to no one today and they've produced great album after great album.

While they may never reach the heights of The Beatles or U2, they certainly deserve to be a conversation away. Together with the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nirvana and Guns n' Roses I think they're also the biggest selling band of the last 20 years.

I never was a big fan, then I downloaded this thing called Viva La Hova.  Basically this DJ took coldplay albums and mashed them to Jay-Z songs, and I was amazed by how good Coldplay actually was.  Also check out Viva La Hova, it's pretty amazing.
