Made me laugh.

Anyway, I'm not a Kobe fan either. I do dislike the way he treats his team, but also, I agree on this one with him. I've played different sports before I started playing basketball and I hate one thing about what they teach us: supposedly, we should pass AFTER making eye contact with the person you're passing to.

Imo, that's dumb. Everyone should *always* expect to be passed the ball. The only clear exceptions are when you're setting screens and such. Other than that, always be prepared to catch a ball that's been shoved towards you as an afterthought: that's how the greatest plays were made.

That said, Kobe's a knobhead and needs a good smack in the face when he acts like a spoilt brat.

why would i be jealous of your regular season recored one iota? The last meangiful game we played, we still embarresed you.

I don't care about you until you make the finals, which im hoping you do if we make it, or if we end up losing to Clevland, i hope you don't. Until then, i don't care about you, i just like to watch you lose on Sportscenter :D

Then tell the NBA to stop putting NBA games on TV except home games.


I know I am so jealous of Kobe and the Lakers team that must have beatend the World Champion Boston Celtics in 7 games in the NBA Finals last year.

Did you see the play?

Gasol was doing the right thing (crashing the boards).  Even if he was looking for the pass it was a bad one, and he was covered pretty well.

Kobe just needed someone other than he himself to blame for a bad play.  And he did so pointedly.

come on. kobe is a great teammate. it's not like he threatened to leave over and over again. i love that we have players that talk about the history of the celtics. there is NO WAY kobe could do that. i respect his hard work and competitiveness. that said, he is a horrible teammate. just like phil jackson is a good coach but he, like kobe views himself above everyone else.

I love that the media and the Laker fans themselves think they are so good.  Seems this was the case going into the Finals last year before we stomped a deep and wide mudhole in their area that Shaq likes people to taste.

TP, yes we are still the champs until somebody beats us in the finals. Until then we still the best, so Laker fans will celebrate their two victories in the regular season. They don't understand in the playoffs it's different atmosphere.

Now, I can't like or hate Kobe because of the way he acts. Laker fans complain about The Truth and what happened with "faking his injury". They will never let it go and so will we considering Kobe was a bad teammate. He still is and always will be he thinks it's all about him and never gives credit.

How come we get so many Laker trolls on here? When I go onto "LakersNation" I almost puke each time since on the home page it's a big picture of Pau Gasoft with the trophy in his eyes. Besides that, the ENTIRE sight is.....nauseating...it's covered in all purple and gold, just vile. How about the mods make the homepage more crafty? how about a picture of KG, and in the eyes a silhouette of him dunking on Gasoft. Even better, a picture of Pierce and in the eyes, him holding the finals MVP trophy, or when he blocked Kobes shot in game 4. ****en Lakers.

You will notice we get a lot of really, really weak trolls.  They aren't even good at being annoying.  C'mon, that post wasn't inflammatory at all.  I think we just get the bottom of the Laker's fan barrel.

All (or rather, both  ;D) of their real fans must not really bother us
