On the other hand, Mo Williams just made my opinion about him even worse... >:(
Maybe he's a Kobe-wannabe... :P

He took 10 shots and had 5 assists...what's bad about that? Pierce and Allen took 11 and 10 respectively, with 3 assists total, and they were on the court for a few more minutes than Mo.

too much dribbling.. takes a lot of time to decide what to do with the ball. the east needs to play at a faster pace bec of their size disadvantage but with him running the plays, they were really stagnant
Exactly... I mean, OK, he's the PG! But I think he was dribbling too much and, as the East was smaller, the ball movement should have been quicker! Devin Harris played much better imo...
oh, and I didn't say Pierce and Allen played well, too!
"Life has so many hurdles. Some of them I've hopped over, some of them I've tripped over. The key is to get back up and finish the race."- Paul Pierce

And he did finish...

This years game has proven the ALLSTAR game meaningless, therefore any awards associated with it are equally as meaningless.  Did anyone NOT know that Shaq was going to be spotlighted? And everyone knows that you can't give anything to Shaq unless you include Bryant.   It could have been scripted it was so blatant.  The pregame practically gave it away.

I honestly don't really have a problem with it. Its a meaningless award to a meaningless game, let the league try to get the most press they can, in this economy they will need it.

How often are all star MVPS listed with a players carrer accomplishments, I don't really remember hearing it.

Conspiracy Theory wise, The ones who should be really worried are Spurs fans cause A Cletics Lakers Rematch would get the same maybe even better TV numbers than a Lakers Cavs Series but if the spurs are in it the ratings go down a lot

I think you guys are over analyzing it.  It was an All Star Game, and a particularly crappy one at that.  There wasn't a whole lot of technically sound basketball strategy going on out there.
Yup

as much of a loser kobe is there is just no comparison to shaq. sell out,no team loyalty. just hand him the laker shirt now for crying out loud. just give shaq time t blame his teammates before he leaves phoenix. it's laughable. this time it goes to a hometown player but phoenix fans should NOT be happy about it. it's like shaq just walked to halfcourt and took a dump on the cactus.
