I read the thread about the H-O-R-S-E tournament they are going to have during All-Star weekend. Should be fun to watch. When I read about that it reminded me of the old One on One tournament they had in the early 70's. Anyone else remember it?
I remember that Bob Lanier won it all. Thank god for Youtube:

I also seem to remember that Mike Riordan did very well. Didn't he end up beating Cowens? Not sure if it ran for 1 or 2 seasons.

OK, don't remember that (I'm 28), but that was awesome. Jojo playing 1-1 with Bob Lanier - it doesn't get any better than that
