Has Comcast heard what we hear: Marshall talks too much, or is it that the Redhead has passed on and Tommy is now free to travel, since he isn't required to be home because of her.

i think he will do some away games within close proximity of boston (ny, philly, nj, dc).

hopefully he will do all the games, but i dont know how realistic that will be

I think it's probably the latter.  He has the time to travel with the team now.

What a loyal guy Tommy is.  We know he's loyal to the Celtics, but also to his wife.  I love Tommy!
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

That is why (at least the publicized reason).  But its not like Philly is very far.  He still hasn't been going on the long roadtrips, just some of the closer ones.

I do think the passing of the Redhead from Needham has something to do with it though.  I would imagine he enjoys getting out a little more to keep his mind off it, even if it means a little more back pain.

Well we can all agree even tommy wouldn't refuse the trip to go to miami for the heat game. The weather down there is much better then up here in NY and Boston. Philly wasn't a big trip for him either, still was close to home.
True Celtic = Leon Powe

Bring back the show!!!!

Yeah, it's gotta be the redhead. I don't think a bad back would consistently keep Tommy from the Celtics. It'd have to be something huge.

Well, i don't think he will go on trips such as the west coast and the texas triangle because of the back.

Good to see Tommy doing the away games again.  Can't stand listening to Donny Marshall.

While I think the Redhead has something to do with him now traveling more, I absolutely think it was his back that kept him at home before.  He still doesn't take the long trips because of this.
