(Personally, I love the patented Kobe arm-swipe "Aw come on!" gesture.  It makes me smile.)

TP -- I didn't see the game, but you made ME smile!

Kobe had a few of those awe come on arm swipes. :-D

His dance was over the top. Kobe's such a tool. Kobe really needs some PR help... and 4 years of college...

That dance is Sam Cassels dance, I  cant stand Kobe but hes pretty intelligent and certainly doesnt need college...

Has anyone listened to what Kobe said to his teammates in that huddle before the last play? I can't write it here because it breaks the forum rules re: profanity, but Kobe certainly doesn't have a lot of respect for Duncan.

I think it was two steps and a hop. I think if he shot the ball before he landed from the hop, it wouldn't have been a travel.

yea, funny to watch JVG call him out on it after breen acted like it was a new thing.

I had the sound off for most of that, so I didn't realize they commented on it.  That's great!

I just so love that Kobe did that dance... AND THEN LOST.

At least Sam did it at the END of games.

I should have turned my sound off.  I turned it on late in the game and got through maybe two minutes before I realized I couldn't handle Mark Jackson's best impersonation of a school girl when discussing Kobe and changed the channel.

Why was this play even an issue to the Lakers?  He missed the shot.

He says it around the 5:15 mark. It's muted in this video, but some guys on the comments are talking about it. (I sent you the PM with the exact sentence).

was a really good game, not the hands down best game of the year (as they were saying on the broadcast) but a really exciting end to a game.

They only said that because they love the Lakers. They just unabashedly love them. It sickens me. I couldn't even enjoy watching the Lakers lose in that youtube clip, because "the trio" well... if Kobe was standing in a bog, their knees would all be very muddy.

Kobe is a huge, huge tool who needs to remember that his team hasn't done anything since he's been put at the helm.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

I hated it when Kobe did Sam's big ball dance, then loved the look on his face after they lost, as he sulked back to the locker room.
