I really enjoy Kendrick's honesty and he's just a straight shooter.

I do not enjoy that he gets technical fouls alot.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
I really don't feel like he's being political with any of his answers (but he's not exactly discussing world politics here). I get the feeling he just thinks it, and says it. I like that.

I love Perk's honesty too. His comments usually make me smile. Looks like he's gotten the hang of avoiding technicals allowing Sheed to take his rightful place at the top  ;D
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

I used to be PerkinsERA43 before celtics blog moved...

Him and Rondo have been two of my favorite players ever since they entered the league. Watching Perk progress has been awesome, because he's so obviously the man. I love him because he's always furious. Every call against him, especially in the first half of this season, made him frown with disgust. I also miss his line drive hook shot.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

Can't say that I do, but the Angry Perk Face does get me every time.   :D >:(

When he goes  ;D it looks so wrong. I guess i'm just used to Perk never smiling. Even when we're up by 34 he'll still have that  >:( face.

Hahaha yes! When he smiles I'm like "No, Perk no, make sure they know who's boss! Are you gonna take that foul call lying down? You barely touched him, right?"

Love the guy. I actually got into heated arguments last year with my friends where I defended Perk's overly emphatic power dribbling and his 8 second windups.

I'm not proud (but at least I'm honest).  :D

Perk has long been a great interview. He knows basketball. He doesn't just spout cliches, and he responds to comments by other players. He says what his teammates are thinking, but what they avoid saying to the press.

I loved his back and forth with Bibby during the playoffs.

Ever notice that when Perk does smile he reverts back to his serious face so fast you almost doubt that you saw him smiling in the first place? I love Perk.
