Shaq's famous "Truth" Quote?

Does anyone have this audio or video?  I've never heard him say it, and it's such a great quote.

I did a YouTube search and a search of this forum (using Pierce, Shaq, truth), but haven't seen it...

I've never seen a video or heard the audio, I think it was just published as opposed to said on air, no?
