While Liv type keeps freezing on me, i figured id ask to see if anyone who uses Final Cut Pro has done footage in black and white except one or two colors? If so how do you do it?
I am gonna read up on it and just mess around, but i figured since i check this site every 5 minutes while im working id give this a quick shot.

I'm a Final Cut editor. What's your question? I'm a bit confused. But I've been wanting to make my own Celtics mix for the longest time but from all the forums I've read on how to do it. Everyone uses amature windows movie maker programs. And all the video clips are .avi files I'd need them to be .mov. If you have any idea let me know.

Sorry you didnt understand i was tired and rambling.
I am doing a project in which i would like to possibly make everything black and white with the exception of the persons dress and hair.  I wasnt sure if there was a way to do this or not.

As for your question, When i edit i use AVI and then i can export to a MOV
so if you got the avi and then exported as a mov could you then import it back into your project as the mov?
Maybe im wrong but im trying.

Thanks for responding.
