Heres the proposed trade:

I gave up:
Joseph Addai
Ryan Grant
TJ Houshmandzadeh
Carson Palmer

I received:
Clinton Portis
Marshawn Lynch
Marquese Colston
Thomas Jones

Now some follow up information, the reason i gave up palmer was because i am blessed to also have Peyton Manning, Brett Favre, and Kurt Warner and in this league you can start two qb's ( there is a qb and an offensive player so im starting peyton and favre) also i didn't feel comfortable about having grant as my number 2 running back and think very highly of both Lynch and Colston
