Walker's a better player but Scal is a better fit for this team.

at the moment, he is in fact not the better player. they are both about equaliy terrable.

5 years ago, toine was the far superior player.

Wow, Scal over Toine? my eyes must deceive.  Although Scal knows/understands his limited roll (which Toine never could) Walker is the better player in every single way, plus he brings the best out in Paul.

Wowey wow

5 years ago, absolutly true. now, not even close.

Toine in shape = Toine 5 years ago ;D

again, why the one way time machine? scal 5 years ago was markedly better as well, since he got regular minutes.

This may be true, I didn't tune into all his games last year so my frame of reference is off perhaps, but if he is in fact the inferior player than he has fallen off dramatically in the last two years.  That's incredibly sad...

just to clarify, cause i re-read my post and it sounded odd. scal was a far better player in relation to, you know, scal, not in relation to being anywhere near the player toine was back then.  ;D

Can you add a perfectly healthy Darius Miles to the choices? That's more likely to be seen than an in-shape Antione.

Yep a healthy Darius Miles is what this team could really use. But if I had to choose between Scal and Toine with no regard for salaries... I'd take the in shape Toine.

Now he'd mostly play PF, so you're kissing the rest of Powe's development this year good bye. (Davis can at least use his girth at the 5)

Would I still want Toine at this stage of his career...... only if he is in GREAT shape.
