Rajon, please stay away from that league, if the YouTube clip is indicative of the quality of play.

Come on man, don't hate on the Greater Hartford Pro-Am.  Marcus Camby, Vin Baker, Ray Allen, Michael Finley, Kevin Ollie, Donny Marshall, Tyson Wheeler, Will Solomon, and Ryan Gomes have all played there after making the NBA as well as Tebucky Jones from the NFL.  It's summer league basketball, it's the same quality of basketball that is played at The Rucker in New York or any of the other Pro-Ams across the country.  No different than the basketball games NBA players play in when they go home for the summer.  It's just nice to have it these guys playing in our backyard for free, and anybody can have a front row seat to see them or go right up and talk to them.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

The clip I watched, a couple of guys dunked, and the rest was little guards hoisting up 26 footers in transition.  Rondo could get more out of a brisk roller skating session than a run in that kind of game.  Now, the clip might be an anomaly, that's why I prefaced my comments the way I did.

I'm not too crazy about a gym where the fans stand on the court, and run on it every time someone makes a standout play.
