Your "only the starters" disclaimer prevented the following response from being a valid answer:

1.  Eddie House
t-2.  Everyone else

Which means I'll have to do some actual thinking on this.

So I'll do that -- since I like the question...and have something else posted up here later on Tuesday...

TP for a nice OP, rondohondo...

I value defense as much as offense, so my list looks a lot different than the ones posted here.  Here goes:

1 Kobe
2 Duncan
3 KG
4 Pierce
5 Ginobili
6 Billups
7 Sheed
8 Parker
9 Gasol
10 Rip
11 Prince
12 Bowen
13 Odom
14 Rondo
15 Allen
16 Fisher
17 McDyess
18 Perk
19 Rad man
20 Oberto

Bench- to me the only clear standout is the Spurs:
1 Spurs
2 Detroit
3 Lakers
4 Celtics

Aggregate:

Spurs 47
Pistons 51
Celtics 54
Lakers 58

Of course, the superstar factor is not included in this.  The Lakers especially, then the Spurs, and then the Celtics, are better than they actually appear because of the difference that superstar players make.

2023 Non-Active, Non-NBA 75 Historical Draft, SAB Bulls:

PG: Deron Williams 08 / John Wall 17
SG: David Thompson 78 (HOF) / Hersey Hawkins 91
SF: TMac 03 (HOF) / M.R. Richardson 81 / Tayshaun 07
PF: Larry Nance Sr 92 / Blake Griffin 14
C: Lanier 77 (HOF) / Brad Daugherty 91 / Camby 07

Let's hope after we do this next round there are no Pistons on the list.
