Call me crazy, but this trade is a win/win.

Towns inside Heat Culture could take him up a level. He would be surrounded by good to great shooters and a rim protector in Ware, which would cover for his defensive deficiencies.

Adebayo would not have so much pressure put on him offensively and could return to being a defensive anchor.

There is no Heat Culture without Bam.

Jimmy & Bam were Heat Culture. Now it is only Bam. Bam is beloved by the Heat organization because they understand he represents the ethos of what they want the team to be. They only trade Bam for a large scale improvement. I don't think Towns is it. Giannis would be. I don't think they make lateral trades involving Bam. Only trades that give them a huge talent upgrade. Not even a regular upgrade but a huge upgrade. He is that important to the team's culture.
