I gave Hauser a point, because his play in that stretch was critical. Big threes, and maybe 3 or 4 key stops.
I?m impressed with Hauser?s defense, not elite but he generally stays in front of his man. He is also a pretty good rebounder. He?s earned his rotation spot.

I think Hauser is starter material. There are a lot of teams that could use a shooter of his caliber with adequate defense / rebounding at SF in their starting lineup.
If true, and if you further posit that Payton Pritchard could start on some teams, that would mean this season?s team has eight starter-quality players in their rotation, just like the 85-86 team.  ;)
