I'd like to see an all star game between 15 NBA players (rotate 5 per quarter through the third and the top 5 play the fourth) against a team of 15 college All Stars.  The biggest problem in my mind is that means fewer NBA All-Stars - I don't think they care about the game but they definitely want the honor for their Wikipedia page.
