Grant really disappointing me right now.  They need him to be much better.

He stunk tonight, on a night where we needed the supporting cast to step up.

Probably unlikely but hopefully the Blazers can help us out tonight

Al and Grant's production have both fallen off as the season has gone on.  at least Al is still giving defense and fascillitating some offense.  Grant, not so much.  can't win a chip with them providing less than 10 points combined each game

Good shorthanded win. Several players came up huge.

These big, strong, deep, and well conditioned teams have been tough matchups.

That said, Grant and Payton are too experienced, young, and fresh to not rise to the occasion on nights like tonight. Grant, in particular, shouldn’t be this gunshy when Smart and Brown are out, there are plenty of shots to go around. He looks too unsure what to do with the ball other than make the swing pass.

It’s like he’s hesitant to miss or make a mistake, which I think is the effect of the trade deadline? Heopefully he gets it back together after Feb 9.

Grant’s a bit in his head right now.  Not the first time it’s happened to him in his career, probably won’t be the last either, but I think he’ll snap out of it after the All-Star break if not the deadline.
