Advice on when to buy tickets?

I’m going to the San Antonio game next weekend. Would appreciate advice on best time to go online to get tickets and which website is best. I’d be willing to pay about $90 per ticket but don’t want to sit in nose bleeds. Heard that prices often drop when you get closer to game time. Don’t imagine Spurs tix have strong demand this season.

If you only go once in a blue moon, my recommendation is to splurge and buy a ticket as close to our bench as possible (especially since the Spurs stink so much this year, so it’s a good opportunity to get a great seat for relatively cheap). In all likelihood, you’ll be sitting nearby other Celtics fans if you do that (all bets are off if you do not), so you may make some friends or certainly will enjoy being close to our team. In terms of timing, I’ll leave that to others.
