Seeing how the Warriors seemed gassed at the end of the game, and how Al always has strong games after multiple days of rest (I don’t have the stat in mind but it’s a thung) while Rob also benefits from it, I’m starting to think that the schedule could advantage us.

There is basically at least 2 days of rest between each game and outside of Rob, due to his knee, and Al, due to his age, we have a lot of fresh, young legs while GS’s big three is in its 30’s with a lot of tear. What do you think ? Could this also explain the bipolar play of the Celtics in the two previous rounds?

More rest days work in our favor, I think. Because we’re the more injured team. Smart’s ankle must be bad (even if it doesn’t get reported). Horford is probably gassed. Timelord is probably hurt.

Sure the warriors are older but they’ve also had an easier road to the finals.

The better teams wins a 7 game series 99% of the time.  I just don't think it matters at the end of the day, either Boston is the better team or they are not.

It definitely is a huge help to someone like Timelord

Yes, and Exhibit A last night were the play of Horford (age) and Time Lord (injury). Both played well, much better than in game 7 vs Heat.  I was especially encouraged by how decent Rob looked, given how poorly he moved in game 7.

I think it's pretty neutral.  Klay Thompson has been playing for 3 months after missing the prior 33 -- he certainly will appreciate not having to go every other day.  Curry will benefit from giving his ankles an extra day between games.  Iggy is old and hurt and Otto Porter Jr. is always hurt.

I'm glad for the extra day between games, because it means both teams will play better basketball at the end of a long season and playoffs.
