Hauser quick enough?
no. that was one of the slams on him in college and in pre-draft scouting. he is a great shooter, but not much for defense. he is 23 years old so not a lot of room left for development physically.
i think the celtics are better served by having him develop his skills in maine instead of riding the bench in boston.
kanter has played in 2 games for a total of 10 minutes this year. i dont think "replacing" kanter's play this year would have made any positive difference in either game. but it would probably have set back hauser's development.
i think he fine in maine for now. later on let's see what happens.
