Why or why not? This would be akin to the FIBA HOF, of course. Secondary question: Would there be anybody in the NBA HOF who is not in the basketball HOF (obviously the converse would be true)? Who would be in the basketball HOF, but not the NBA HOF (obvious headliner is Kukoc)?
