This team is just not good enough, but Tatum does not deserve to endure a rebuild unless we can make it happen overnight. Ladies and gentlemen, fireworks: a new proposal that cashes in on our “assets,” uses our Hayward TPE, moves us on from the shooting PG that does not work in Stevens’ system, and brings us a title contention this year or with one more move in the off-season:

Rubio/Teague/Pritchard/Edwards
Brown/Smart/Green
Tatum/Ojeyele
Randle/Theis
KAT/Noel/Fall

If the team does not gel or becomes too expensive, in the off-season move Brown for the first overall pick and choose Cade Cunningham:

Cunningham/Rubio/Madar
Smart/Pritchard
Tatum/Ojeyele
Randle/Theis
KAT/Noel

Bring back Theis, Ojeyele and Noel for depth. Solid title contender.

Alternative trade to start:

Rubio/Pritchard/Waters
Brown/Smart/Snell/Green
Tatum/Ojeyele
Randle/Gibson
KAT/Theis/Fall

Bottom line: Leverage the opportunity to get Collins and Ball so we can get KAT now. Move all these young players and remaining picks/swaps for KAT.
