Jazz get 27 and 38.  Knicks also get rights to Ante Tomic (Tomic was drafted in 2008 and is unlikely to ever play in the NBA at age 33 now).
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

Expect Knicks to take Malachi Flynn (if available) with the pick.

They paid a lot (early 2nd at #38) to move up just 4 picks late in the first round from 27 to 23.

Might be some insight into what value the C's picks have in terms of moving up in the draft.

Does not look good for us.

Thats OK too.

Drafting replacements for wannamaker, Semi, Edwards, Green is fine too.

That is an improvement on its own. and even if 1 of them is a hit then you have realy improved the roster.

Add to that a probably trade of Hayward for something.

The knicks are said to be in talks with cle to trade 8 +23 for 5..

And we were hoping climb to the 8th spot with 14, 26 and 30.

That is a name that I have not heard in a long time.

That was never realistic in my mind.  Teams don't trade top 8 picks for that sort of draft capital.  It was also going to take more, which is why Langford was brought into a lot of those scenarios.
