I am most surprised at how bad Poirier has turned out to be. I watched several Euro games in which he was featured and he ran the P&R well, challenged shots at the basket with his left hand and ran the floor well.  This season he looks completely overmatched by the other teams' scrubs.

I put Theis but I'm also really surprised by how well we jelled. I knew Kyrie was drama off the court, but I honestly thought we'd still struggle to work together on the court.  I think it's helped that we've had some injuries so the four scorers haven't had to share the ball too much.  But they've still made more progress than I expected.  I give credit to the team and while I sit down to my meal of crow and humble pie.

I'll take Theis' improvement, but it's neck and neck with Jaylen's improvement. I expected Jaylen to improve (though he has blown away even my wildest expectations), but I was ready write off Theis. He is 100% different than last year
I'm bitter.
