I'm stating the obvious but I'm not seeing the basketball IQ with this team. They take a lot of bad shots, too much one on one and seem a bit soft.

I'm also losing a lot of faith in Stevens. I'm beginning to think he's a 2nd place coach who will never get us over the hump. It seems he over coaches at times  and let's teams back in the games because he has to stick with his substitution pattern. Can we please start getting Waters and Fall some minutes. Waters changes the pace of the games and Fall is capable of changing a ton of shots at the basket. Who cares if he gets in foul trouble. We have no size and trying to play Grant Williams at 6'8 at PF just ain't going to work.

Trades?
Give up the Grizz pick, Wanamaker, Rob Williams and Hayward for Drummond, Derrick Rose

Buyouts
Tristan Thompson

I've been saying this since forever. Guys on this forum love Stevens and will never agree but this team has PLENTY of talent and should be way better than they actually are. I'm not talking about record i'm talking about what's transpiring on the court since sometimes records can be deceiving. Stevens is soft, soft, soft, soft. There's no fire in his belly.

Waters is still relatively new, yes I love his energy, and he seems like a perfect spark plug off the bench. But right now his shooting, and ability to score is not good enough to warrant coming off the bench over Wanamaker.

Fall is just not nearly even ready enough. Right now he's better off coming off the bench as the 3rd big. He needs a lot of time to improve, will he get there? Sure. He seems like a bright hard working kid.

Also that is a trade that the Pistons would gladly take, and if we're trading for Rose, where are the minutes for Waters going to come from? I don't like that, and I still am not a firm believer Drummond can even help alleviate any of our current woes.
