That is a great move. I don't think he got a fair shake when LeBron came into town. We'll see if they'll be patient since the team itself is so bad, nobody is going to look.

I guess he's been hired as a consultant instead of a coach. Still, at least the Framingham native is closer to home.

On the C's broadcast yesterday, Perk brought it up, but Scal cut him off before he could elaborate.  Didn't sound like he was a fan.  Felt like he was laughing at the Knicks for hiring Blatt, but I could be misinterpreting it. 

Uploaded the clip so you can judge for yourself.

He played half a season + playoffs for Blatt and Cavs in '15.

David Blatt was a bad coach.  He was rightfully fired in Cleveland.  He has no NBA experience other than that Cavs stint.  This is a total Knicks move.
