Tatum Talking in a USA Shooting Drill

He's in a shooting drill/competition with Middleton and White for about 13 minutes. He talking to Middleton and White after he's making shots. Everyone's laughing, but Tatum seems like he is a real leader.

I wouldn't say any of them shot particularly well, but Tatum looked like he won.

Could someone translate some of the stuff he said? I couldn't quite understand.

Hate seeing guys gather and shoot in drills. I'd pass low to them every time if I was feeding them if that's where they want to start their shot from.
