Kemba will get the lions share of minutes with Rozier gone.  Edwards will see some playing time but it’s unusual for a coach to trust a rookie pg with extended minutes.  Also Kemba is super durable.  I don’t see Wanamaker earning significant minutes either.
if he's earning minutes that's a good thing-->means he's playing well.  it's when he's getting minutes because we have no choice but to play him regardless of how he's playing that it's a problem

Yes, I would. I think the C's team and Kemba specifically would benefit from a game off now and then, plus a bit lower MPG during the regular season.  Steven's might not agree, as he likes to win every game.

Depends on his usage and defensive effort. If he looks disinterested on D I cut his minutes. If he tries to always be the main scorer I cut his minutes. If he shows good defense and differs more while still being active than its a sign he can handle more minutes. It's all dependent on Walker's play.

Brad never plays anyone much more than ~32 minutes or so. Neither Kemba nor anyone else will get much more than that.
