Play is currently suspended 7 min into the 3rd quarter of the Pels v Knicks game. The Jumbotron and speakers started swaying and the play was suspended at the Thomas and Mack Center. Players have been sent back to the locker room. Watching it live you could see everything hanging from the ceiling moving.

Funnily enough play is continuing at the Cox Pavilion next door. Apparently no speakers hanging there, that’s what they are worried about, that they might come crashing down.

7.1. Felt in LA and Vegas. Crazy. Kawhi, take notice. You are safe in Toronto.  ;)

The game has been postponed for the night, the bigwigs in charge will figure out when they can resume.

Games still continuing next door though.

Currently in San Diego, didn't feel it but was driving when it happened. 7.1 in Central CA, so it definitely shook Vegas.

Might have to suspend SL games, hearing another big one coming in 3 days. California looking in bad shape.

These are in super unpopulated areas.  If it was San Francisco maybe but these are not major calamities.  Aftershocks being felt 100+ miles away is not going to derail much
