Enjoyed reading this piece, and also was blown away by the defense Lebron was playing yesterday on Young. That is the worst effort I have ever seen him have. I wonder how much of that is age related and loss of quickness on a guy on a guy like Young.

I also must say watching this it seems hard to imagine Lebron is really going to play 5-6 more years like some have suggested.
I think he hangs around long enough to both have a chance of playing with his son and setting the all time scoring record. He won't be anywhere near the player he is, but he doesn't have to be for both of those things to happen. He just has to remain relatively healthy and have a typical downward trend and not fall off a cliff from one season to the next.
Is his son realistically an NBA prospect? Haven't followed his path other than the occasional mention in national articles.
Yes. He really is. Class of 2023. 13-14 years old. Already dunking. Good shot. Good passer. Good ball-handler.
Yeah he is 5'10" 150 pounds already. He allegedly already has scholarship offers from Duke and Kentucky. Now I'm sure a lot of that is who his father is, but some of it is because he has already shown that type of talent because as you say, he has shown good ball and shooting skills, along with very good athleticism, strength, and power.
