How much influence do you think LeBron has on AD in all this? That's how I ultimately think it ends up. Kyrie fits AD's timeline much more than LeBron does.

You gotta think the 10 year age gap, being out West and the likely need to gut the Lakers roster for a trade to be done would come into consideration. That Lakers team would have a very slim chance of winning it all, whereas if he came here he could easily contend for ring after ring

After trading for AD, the Lakers should have cap space to get another Max star player (e.g. Kawhi).  AD has probably bhttps://media.tenor.com/images/7820f1334ad3d85f473714a93fe6c16e/tenor.gifeen sold on being part of the next big 3.  When Lebron retires, they'd just get another 3rd star and keep on rolling.
