I hope he leaves, and we sign a bigger max player.

We need size bad.

Totally disagree. Irving is by far the best player on the Celtics, has shown leadership in words and in example. He's easily top 5 as a complete offensive threat in the league. Those type of guys are very hard to get. And his defense this season is at least average, it has been a major improvement. It tells me that Irving has the right attitude to carry the Celtics to a Championship. It's about getting the right guys to surround him. I have no question marks anymore about Kyrie. Superstar!

i'm prepared for anything.  Kyrie could leave.  Kyrie could recruit Durant to join him here in a sign-and-trade.  Anything is possible.

I do think it's funny we went from thinking Kyrie might leave, because the team is too overloaded with quality players and he wouldn't get to put up star stats ... to thinking he might leave, because the team doesn't have enough talent around him to compete.
Where on this site is there a group of people who think Kyrie might leave because he is selfish and wants to post stats and doesn't want other good players stealing his stats? I am not sure that the 3-4 major Kyrie bashers on this site have brought up that scenario and they hate the guy. You sure you aren't confusing this with Reddit?

Better not.

He'd be leaving something special.

To win in BOSTON will cement his place in Basketball Lore.

So you're telling me he would basically FORCE his way out from under LeBron....he was willing to FORGE his OWN DESTINY.....then would RETREAT at the first sign of adversity?

Little Mountains don't run - they stand firm....GROUNDED.

He needs to see this thing through to the end...keep improving...keep working...keep studying.

he can change his mind, but it will forever tarnish his reputation as someone who wasn't true to his word.  Honor may not be much these days but Kyrie does not strike me as someone who would abandon ship.

It could happen folks, not saying it will but there is a possibility of it.  I hope it does not happen he has won me over.   But there is always a chance.

It would really surprise me. Everything he says and does tells me that he's fully engaged right now to get the ship on the right course.

Management, coaching staff and players have to extremely disappoint Kyrie to change his mind on Boston. He loves it here.

It would really surprise me. I don’t think he’s so shortsighted that a disappointing year (where the team is still trying to figure itself out) is cause to leave one of the most talent and asset stacked teams in the league.
