Not only is he taking charges ,offensive rebounding , stripping and making steals .Saved the biggie, he is rubbing off on Smart -that fake pass to layup froze everybody.

Hayward is treading water ,maybe he needs a week of intense training with Drew Hanlon and some weight room time.Just focusing on his lift and burst.
This is not a criticism.

Treading water is a really insightful description of how Hayward is playing.

He always looks like he's just trying to stay out of the way, facilitate, be a help and not a hindrance.

All of which is fine, but the team needs him to be an attacker. The team can't reach the next level unless Hayward can be a primary focus of the offense.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

It is clear that against good teams that Kyrie needs to play a minimum of 44 minutes, preferably 48.

Houston kept going inside and shooting over gimpy Horford.

We need to get another rim protector besides Williams.

Not only that but we missed a ton of bunnies around the rim. Theis was too worried about getting his shot blocked. We need Kyie to score and Morris. The Morris T for delay of game was horrendous.

11 assists-Says a lot about sharing after his big Christmas game, where he told the team he was going off because his extended family was in attendance.
