Idea Bulls trade for Rozier?

The Bulls desperately need a point guard. How about we trade out Terry Rozier and Semi for Carter JR?

I personally love this trade. Bulls maybe not so much....

I liked Carter a lot coming out of college and I've read good things about him with Chicago.  I don't want to give up Rozier without a replacement, but I'd consider moving the Sac pick for him.
