This is too funny not to share. After years of being a pain in the butt to his teammates and franchises, Dwight Howard is now seeking treatment for one.

Dwight Howard is one of my least-favorite players. That said, I've had piriformis issues a few times, and it can be pretty uncomfortable/kinda painful.

But yeah, this is kind of ironic for Dwight.
