I still remember that last West Court trip and the Celts taking games from OKC , Trailblazers and Utah.Those teams have some rabid fans like and a playoff LIKE intensity.
Our young guys are hungry,tough,committed to defense,-Hope the"Refs" don't take this game from them.

I posted this earlier. Boston's playoff record on the road is a bit misleading...they played 2 games vs the Bucks without Smart and lost game 4 by a bucket. the refs were terrible in that game.

Split vs Philly but they had the Foster crew...which is a death sentence. Cleveland to me is the least challenging environment.

The Cavs have lost a game at home...won 4 playoff games by 4 points or less and 2 of those were buzzer beaters by Lebron. They beat the Raps down in game 4 because the Raps quit.

Last year the Cavs lost game 3 to Boston in the Q. And Boston was beyond outmanned. I really think the Cs get one in Cleveland and I think it will be game 3.

I am concerned about the officiating though. With Lue whining and the fact we have not see Scott Foster yet this round has me nervous Boston will be in foul trouble and James will shoot 20 Fts

I have been listening to the media bludgeoning the Celts as not a good road team-
Of course there are all the stock advantages of home court this team has consistently come back from huge deficits against statistics.
These young guys love the big stage.

I don't think Lebron wants to get humiliated playing the Warriors with the team he has.
Better to go out against a scrappy well coached team with budding stars and lose because of your teammates failed to support your 40 pt games.
 Better to lose a tight series than get slaughtered by KD,Green,Curry,Thompson and have KD get MVP while you were swept.
That feel out game may have been the tank.

I feel getting a win on the road is critical. The team must finish this in 5.

Yeah, this series is not over. If Cleveland finds a way to make it 2-2, it's a whole new series.

That said, if Boston ends up winning Game 3, I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they got the sweep. I do agree that Cleveland isn't as hostile an environment as say, Milwaukee or Golden State or OKC, etc. But I do imagine that the crowd will be energetic early and CLE will come out roaring in Game 3.

The key, like in Game 2, is for the C's to weather their runs and stay in it. Don't fall behind by 15+ early. That was key in Game 2. Despite Lebron going off and Boston having some cold stretches, I think the largest lead CLE got was just 11, so we stayed within striking distance.
