Jaylen Brown is amazing.

Tatum gets a lot of hype, but I think Brown is special, too.   His growth this year has been key all year!

This year, we are not just prisoner to small ball and have to option to play big and actually have the horses to go head to head in the post with other teams.  This has really hurt us in the past.   Sure, we still play small balls but we can match up big when we need, too.

Kudos for Ainge for getting some lengthy athletes and Baynes!

Last year our Small ball lineup consists of

6-10 Horford
6-7 Crowder
6-4 Smart
6-2 Bradley
5-9 Thomas

This year its

6-10 Horford
6-9 Morris
6-8/9 Tatum
6-7/8 Brown
6-3 Kyrie/6-2 Rozier

Big difference.

Not really anywhere the Cavs can go from here. They can't win with Korver starting....they can't win with TT starting. He had some rebounds but the key is to get him out of the paint and make him defend the dribble drive.

He got worked over several times.

Really appreciated Morris taking TT to the hoop late in the game and then getting in his face. Thompson was playing a bully ball game all game - leaning on Al, pushing him, grabbing him. I think that had Al uncomfortable much of the game. JR's cheap shot, and being defended by Love, really brought Al out of his funk at the end. I predict more grabbing, shoving, and leaning from TT, with a helping of Jeff Green. They're going to try to bully us, and because they've got home crowd the emotions won't cut against them as hard.

I think we kill that the same  way we wrecked them in the third - turnovers and transition. That big lineup showed terrible transition D.

Game 3? Not sure how much the Cavs can improve other than one of their role players scoring more...James went for 42...Love 22/15...TT 8 ( this seems to be his norm)

They might get a better game out of Hill and Smith

Game 3 is actually like a Game 1 with the 3 days off. I think this helps Boston tremendously. Tatum has yet to have a 20 plus point game...Horford only scored 15...think Boston has by far the biggest upside
