Good leader for young men off the court. We'll see how he gets them to play on it. Glad he got his chance he's paid his dues and has some really great life experience to bring to the table.

I've still got my McCarty jersey from when I was in high school. Still fits, too. Kind of.

Hopefully we see him as a head coach in the NBA some day.
