Horfod had no business being in that 3 point contest. He barely got through half of it he was so slow!

Nice to see Tatum winning it with ease.

this is uncomfortable to watch at times.

most of these guys don't care for this and it shows. I don't blame 'em either.

Yep. I'll take it for what it is but it's all encouraging stuff. It's entirely possible he's going to drive the second unit offense with his scoring this season. If he can knock down that 3 in game, everything opens up for him.

Went to the event...it was an okay time. Great seeing the players interact on the full court drills. And, talking with the youngsters.

Next year I hope they have the shooting events on both ends of the court and some other skilled events. It went by fairly quickly.

If you have young kids (6-11?) that play ball this is a great take. They got to play on the court and slap 5 with the players as they came out of the locker room.

They also had give-away t-shirts on sale for a dollar and other Celtic gear on sale. It benefited the Boston Celtics Shamrock Foundation (http://www.nba.com/celtics/community/bcsf/).

I was one of the last to look at the merchandise. Much of it was size 3x....especially the shorts. An autographed team ball from last season went for either $50 or $75...not sure which. Seemed like a good deal. Then thought, where am I going to put it.

After the event I caught Scal signing autographs and taking pictures with fans near the exit to the Garden. He's quite popular.

I do and it was great! My son is eight and loved it. If you watch the Kyrie Irving video when he talks about the National Anthem, you can see my son (wearing green over a green shirt, over Kyrie's left elbow, next to a tall kid with red hair) dancing on the floor at about 0:57 until 1:22. Yes, I am going to post this on every topic in the forum. :)

Had fun getting pictures taken with the rookies, also. Tatum is one big dude.

Only downsides: Celtics shooting sucked. Also, the yard sale was tough to walk through. Only one line and ridiculously crowded on the end of the court. But great prices on some goodies. Almost bought the team autographed ball from last year (I think it was $100) but had the same issue of where I was going to put it.

A lot of the players brought their kids onto the floor and sat with them. It was very cute.

They re-aired earlier. I just missed it. Just upgraded cable package to include NBC Sports (no more CSN).

Is there any way to get on on-demand stream of the open practice?

Probably but, if you can't, please take my word for it that you didn't miss anything.
