Cs went from one guy (IT) to at least four who are good is ISO situations (KI, GH, MM, JT).

The area where I think we will see this as a bigger impact will be the bench. Last year, the second unit could legit not create anything, often necessitating IT coming in earlier than necessary. This year, you will likely have at least 2 players who are capable of ISO scoring to help quell those scoring droughts. Big upgrade here.

Now being lead by a player with Actual bonidifed championship experience to me is the most important thing..  That in itself is going to be huge for this team.

Horford is going to shine surrounded by this group.  His team game and passing is going to be even nice to watch this season than last.  He now is our 3rd offensive option, sounding good.  We are now a very efficient team on offense.  Brad is going to earn his money this year.  If he can make a cohesive deep team this is nba finals group.

Agreed. Horford is the one who will elevate Kyrie's game, Hayward's game and the rest of his teammates. His high post passing and floor spacing enables so much for this team.

Agree with OP.

Another thing I'm happy about is that we're not going to be drastically undersized at multiple positions anymore, specifically in the starting lineup.

IT 5'9"  --> Irving 6'3"
Bradley 6'2" --> Brown 6'7" (or Smart at 6'4")
Crowder 6'4" --> Hayward 6'8"

Added Tatum, good size for both SF and small ball PF; same with Marcus Morris
Added Baynes, who is only listed at 6'10", but sets crushing picks and gives us sorely needed physicality down low

This on top of the elite scoring we've added.  The season can't start soon enough.

I hope when his contracts up we can sign him cheap
