Tough west with a targeted Lonzo Ball/Ball Family Hype....Seems safe to go under.

The Cavs may have said "We want one of those two picks next year.  We'd prefer the Nets' pick."

And Danny probably thought, "Ok, that seems safer due to the restrictions on the Lakers' pick, but I'm a gambler and I think the Lakers will be worse."
