I like how many of us were afraid that we were going to lose our 'culture' that made us so tough by possibly trading AB, Smart, and Crowder.

Then we went out, let KO and Zeller walk, only traded AB (best defender, but less of a bruiser) and got Morris and Baynes of all players. I think our culture is protected.

It should be noted that Amir will be misssed in this respect, too, but we needed something a bit more up front.

And as underwhelming as Zizc has been in summer league, he looks like a beast. In that Portland game, someone tried to dunk over him, Zizic jumped straight up, and the Portland players looked like he hit a wall. He's solid. He might not get many minutes but whatever minutes he does get, no one is going through him a la Zeller.
