What is the gameplan for Danny Ainge as is pertains to Avery Bradley?

Crowder has a fantastic contract so I assume that he will stay put.. but what about Bradley?

Do we keep him and pay him 20+ million per year?  Do we trade him now so we don't have to pay him?  What is the best route to go?

look i get clam crowder has a great contract. but i want him gone if at all possible. i have wanted him gone for a long time. i have stated why in teh game threads :-X
