Ehh, I'll say it's Lonzo. I wouldn't be surprised if Brad is absolutely obsessed with Lonzo.

Oh God, I'm not sure that I can deal with Lavar.

But if the backcourt being full of players already was a factor in Danny trading down, I'm not sure that Lonzo is the choice at three.

I still think it's a trade.

Oh true, forgot about that part. Although, that seems like a bit of public relations move. There's no way Ainge is actually so stupid as to let the likes of Jerry Hosier and Marcus Smart impact a decision like this.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

I'd rather have someone who can function in the mid-range and in the PnR (aka today's point guards) than Lonzo freakin' Ball.

I thought those shots didn't count anymore ;) ;D.

DA did not just trade away the #1 pick to then use up all those picks in the drafts trying to develop players. picks are getting traded. this was his plan all along. he will keep some to go with brown and some will be traded away to get top players in here. strap in for the ride.
LET'S GO CELTICS!

Maybe if you only attempt a dozen in a season like Lonzo did with his broken shooting form  :P All the best scorers, besides Harden really, are elite from that area.

Or he has a verbal from Hayward, wants to cut salary to fit him in, and wants two shots at one of next years transcendent bigs, and Doncic

Jackson is the classic gritty can't shoot very well defence first Ainge guy, so hopefully he won't be there when it's our turn to pick.

This is disgusting.

I totally agree.

We don't know if Isaiah will be healthy next year. Or, whether Olynyk will resign with the Celtics. In this scenario, who does the team rely on as the go to shooter.

If Danny doesn't trade the 2018/2019 pick, we're almost guaranteed it will be another defensive specialist. I'm angry...Danny does this one more time. When is Wyc and company going to wake up.

 Lonzo Ball
 Jason Tatum
 Josh Jackson
 De'aaron Fox

That's my wish list in that order. All this talk like it's a done deal is hogwash. Tatum is a 6'8" Fultz type scorer. If he can play PF 50% of the time he's be outstanding here.

Tatum and be Brown really compliment each other perfectly.
 P
Could be any one of those players listed (except Fox)

Danny Ainge just agreed to trade the rights to the best Pick and Roll player in the entire draft.

I hope he has a change of heart over the weekend.  Maybe goes to church and gets a message from god-  Thou shalt draft Fultz!!

Either way DA seems to have semi-bad lucky in the draft over the years.  We've passed on guys like Deandre Jordan, Jimmy Butler, and Giannis just to name a few.

Danny's forte seems to be more engineering trade for players that can help win now.  And I guess that is really his planned follow up move -- trade the #3 and change for a star who can help now.  Otherwise downgrading from Fultz to Josh Jackson - a much more raw offensive player makes zero sense.  That would be like saying, hey let's draft Avery Bradley instead of John Wall!  Bradley can defend better!
