The most likely way to get something for KO in a sign-and-trade is over the cap (or would be after signing him) but either has non-guaranteed contracts or a trade exception large enough to fit in his contract. Those teams would need Ainge's help to make a deal work. Any other team will just dare Ainge to match their offer, which he's certain to do if he misses out in free agency, or just wait for Ainge to make KO unrestricted if the Celtics are successful in free agency.I don't know off hand if there are any teams with enough in nonguaranteed contracts or trade exceptions.
