Some scoffed at the big contract but this guy has earned it he's been amazing. He's a perfect fit for the Celtics. His leadership. There's no way we sniff the ECF finals without him. He came up clutch last night too with timely baskets especially his and one when it felt like things could start slipping away.

16 points, 7.5 rebounds, 6 assists in the playoffs and he's shooting .639/.583/.783 from the floor.

And then there's the story of him squashing a locker room shouting match in Game 5 and all the leadership of the like that he brings.

He is definitely an asset. Seems to do all the right things and is so humble. A perfect Celtic!

He is not quite KG, but he has a positive impact on all aspects of a basketball game. Being able to run an offense through your Center is totally underappreciated and we have two players who can take on that role (with KO)...with Horford obviously being the superior, more consistent of the two.

He is exactly who we thought we were getting. I was very happy with the signing at the time and still am today. The guy is a not a diva and, more importantly, a winner.

Horford has played lights out for us in the playoffs.  Way better than what I thought based in seeing him play in the regular season.  I don't think people can really be upset about his contract anymore.  He was great handling the ball was aggressive in getting his shot and played great d.  Super happy with him.  Hopefully we can get 2 or 3 more years like this from him.
