Well being 7 feet and having insane vision, touch and iq helps a ton. Also people really discount height a lot in basketball, its really helps if you're average in most areas of the game for the normal player

Great pic
Now that he doesn't drink a gallon of Coke per day anymore he might get better heathwise. I remember looking at his eyebags thinking what is this guys sugar intake, before I heard about the Coke. He was on the track to contend for a Dennis Johnson eyebag trophy.
